Nancy Bryson (Master of Ceremonies,
Instructor & Speaker)
Nancy Bryson has been grooming since 1976. She owned and operated
Bryson Academy of Grooming/Dogs by Bryson Professional Grooming Salon
in Caledon East, Ontario where she taught both the beginner and the
professional, from 1995 to 2008. She currently operates Dogs By
Bryson Professional Grooming salon and instructs professionals, in
skill advancement workshops. Nancy is a member of the advisory committee for Sheridan
College's
"Animal Care Veterinarian Technician Program".
She is a Certified Groomer with
I.P.G., a member of the Wahl Xtreme Team, and has been an active member of the Ontario Dog Groomers Association
since its founding.
She served as president from 1990 to 1993 and was voted their
Grooming Personality of the Year for 2000, 2002 & 2004. In
competition, Nancy had an impressive win record, undefeated in the
Terrier, Sporting and Creative categories. She is well known in the
Canadian industry for her scissoring and creative styling. In 2009
Nancy became the first recipient of the Paws Way Centre's Groomer of
the Year Award.
Her professional credentials have earned her work as an industry
demonstrator & speaker and competition judge. She has appeared both
on television and in national magazines.

Amy
Brown (Speaker/Demonstrator)
Amy Brown has been working with pets since the age of 15, when she took a part-time job at a veterinary clinic. She spent over 20 years in the veterinary field as a technician before accepting an apprenticeship at a local grooming shop.
At the end of her two-year apprenticeship, she opened her own business from home, focusing more on quality than quantity. Despite being located in a small Southern town, she has established a highly reputable, professional business after operating for only a few short years. Amy’s business was featured in the PAWsitively Posh article from Groomer to Groomer’s Nov/Dec 2009 issue.
In addition to running her salon, she is a founder and executive officer of the National Association of Professional Creative Groomers, the first and only organization dedicated solely to creative grooming. She also writes and edits for the NAPCG magazine and is currently developing educational material for established and aspiring creative groomers everywhere. |

Danelle
German (Instructor
& Speaker)
Danelle
owned CFA’s Bara Cattery from 1999 to 2005.
She produced and showed many National and
Regional award-winning Persians, including
CFA’s third Best Cat in Premiership in 2005.
She retired from showing to focus on her
feline-exclusive spa and resort, The Catty Shack
Ltd., in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Danelle
is a member of Foothills Felines Cat Club,
previously serving as president, and has
produced and managed several CFA Cat Shows since
1999. In addition to her articles published in
Groomer to Groomer and Pet Spa and Boutique
magazines, she has written articles on cat
grooming and behavior for local publications.
Currently, Danelle serves as President and
Certifier/Instructor of the National Cat
Groomers Institute of America, speaking
regularly on topics related to cat grooming. She
is the inventor and patent-holder, along with
her husband, of the Catty Shack Vac Drying
System and a member of the Wahl Xtreme Team. |

Jodi Murphy
(Instructor,
Speaker & Demonstator)
The owner and operator of The Puppy Spa. Master Certified Pet Stylist with the International Society of Canine Cosmetology. Studied under some of the top handlers and breeders in the country to perfect her skills. Competes nationally and internationally in grooming competitions.
Jodi is ranked one of the top ten pet stylists in the United States, becoming a member of Groom Team USA. Among her major accomplishments; World Grand Championship title in 2005, Best American Groomer in 2005 and 2006, Gold medalist in Barcelona, Spain competing among seven countries of top world renown groomers. Jodi holds workshops for local groomers who want to perfect their skills. She has been a National Grooming Consultant for the Andis Clipper Company since 2003, working trade shows and performing breed demonstrations for the Andis Co. nationally and internationally.
Jodi is now a contest judge and speaks on various topics in this field.

Marlene
Romani (Speaker)
Marlene Romani is the President and founder of M.D.C. Romani, Inc. and is the developer of the Clipper Vac®, Quiet Force Dryers, Pet Vest Support System, three professional educational video tapes, Snap-On Combs and the Rake-N-VacTM. Marlene Romani is the owner of Romani’s Pet World in Indiana, PA., which incorporates an active retail sales area and a coin-operated public pet wash developed and designed by Marlene. She is also the owner and founder of the Pennsylvania Academy of Pet Grooming. She designs large and small grooming salons and is a popular speaker and demonstrator. Marlene has spoken and judged both nationally and internationally. She has been featured in hundreds of trade shows across the country and has presented nine all-day seminars. Marlene is a National Certified Master Groomer by the N.D.G.A.A. and has been nominated several times for the Cardinal Crystal Achievement Award for outstanding service to the grooming industry.

Sue
Zecco (Instructor,
Speaker & Demonstator)
Sue is a Certified Master Groomer with both the National Dog Groomers Association (NDGAA) and the International Professional Groomers (IPG). She has been grooming for over 30 years, starting her business the Pampered Pet in Paxton MA in 1977. She began grooming competitions in 1985 and since then has won Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at Intergroom, multiple Best in Show, Best All Around Groomer, Best Scissored Dog, Best Groomed Poodle , and her biggest show accomplishments, International Groomer of the Year 1998, and 1999’s Oster Invitational Tournaments Grand Champion. Sue is also the very proud recipient of the 1998 and 2000 Cardinal Crystal Achievement Award for Groomer of the Year, and the 2002 Cardinal Award for Grooming Contest Judge of the year, along with the 2004 & 2005 and 2008, Cardinal Award for Congeniality.
Sue has been a member of GroomTeam USA since 1997, and broke all records in 1999 earning more points than anyone in past years at 113. She participated in the 1999 World Team Championships in England, earning a Silver medal for the team. She was also part of the 2001 World Team Championships in Calgary Canada, helping the USA bring home the Gold. In 2003 she assisted GroomTeam USA to Barcelona Spain for the World Championships as the GroomTeam Coordinator.
Sue co-coordinates the Celebration of Style Grooming competition for
H.H.Backer Associates.
Sue is also a Wahl Clipper Corporation spokesperson. She is a National and International judge, speaker and demonstrator, having traveled to great places like Italy, Ireland, Spain, Germany, England, Scotland, Argentina, and Canada.
